(Friday through Sunday) 25 – 27 May: Expressive Arts Forum. South Lantau
Expressive Arts Forum (EAF) invites you to explore the power of our personal expression. Take a weeend break from the city and join us in the nature of Lantau Island to explore a variety of experiences that inspire personal change and wellbeing.
EAF integrates visual arts, dance, movement, meditation, music, creativity, personla development, connection, community and social change. All are welcome, no prior experience necessary. Discover your passion through creative pathways as you unwind and connect in nature.
The 2-night-3-day residential Forum includes a full program of expressive arts and interactive workshops, and a special evening of drumming and dancing around a beachside bonfire in Hong Kong’s only Tee Pee village on Saturday night. The all-inclusive weekend package covers accommodation and meals at YWCA Lodge, and a buffet Thai dinner. Relax in nature. Share the spirit of creativity. Dance under the stars. Walk on the beach. Breathe fresh air. Make some music. Meet new friends. Come, stay, beat your drum, move your body, laugh loud and have loads of fun.

2:00 – 3:30 pm. Communitty Drum Circle at Tom Lee Music Carnival
Tom Lee Music Carnival at HK Cultural Centre Piazza C.
Waterfront, 2-min walk from the big clock tower by Star Ferry, Tsim Sha Tsui.
If it rains, No Jam. Facilitated by Channon Liu. Free admission. Drums and percussion instruments provided, but bring your own if you have, for the big jam! Children and families are most welcome. After the Jam, there will be five bands playng live music. Enjoy free outdoor music carnival till 6 pm! Click here for the line up of bands.
(Friday – Sunday) 8 – 10 June. The First Asian Rhythm Facilitators' Conference, Port Dickson, Malaysia
The first time ever for people who work with rhythm to come together in Asia to network, discuss our knowledge and experience, share our “rhythmical spirit”, and (best of all) have craz…y fun together in a tropical setting at one of Malaysia’s best beaches. 6.30 – 8.00 pm. Tribal Nia with Live Drumming Experience
Come, feel and dance to the tribal drum beats and the deep wisper of didgeridoo in a spacious dance floor. The evening will surely let you get in touch with your primal calling and re-ignite your warrior spirit in the urban jungle.
